Description: This course continues the study of world history after 1776 through the Persian Gulf War. Topics include the French Revolution, the Industrial Revolution, and Latin American revolutions and both world wars. Students will learn how to write historical essays that compare and analyze historical events.
Special Instructions: Lesson assignments need to be created in Microsoft Word or another word processor that saves files as .doc (Word 97–2003 document) or .rtf (Rich Text format). The same textbook is also used with the first half unit.
