Description: This course is designed for students who have not previously studied French. Activities will provide practice in reading, writing, listening, and speaking French. Students will also learn about the culture of the Francophone world. Lesson topics include greetings, numbers, family, friends, school, time and dates.
Special Instructions: Lesson assignments need to be created in Microsoft Word or another word processor that saves files as .doc (Word 97–2003 document) or .rtf (Rich Text format). To complete assignments, your computer must also have the capability to record sound from a microphone (listed as optional course material below).
Materials Note: The StudentWorks Plus CD contains the Bon Voyage Level 1 textbook and the Workbook and Audio Activities. Use this option if you prefer to have the textbook materials on CD.
