Focusing on life sciences, course topics include defining life; the structure of viruses and cells; cell processes; cell reproduction; heredity; evolution; classifying living things; bacteria; protists and fungi; and an introduction to plants.
Special Instructions: This course includes a printed study guide. This textbook also is used for Seventh Grade Science, Part Two. A laboratory kit is needed for this course and can be purchased from the Center. .
